Being denied requests by other users in DA, specifically those with a knack for cartoon fan art?

Well, I have. It's getting harder and harder to find those kind of users who draw cartoon art styles so well and are willing to take requests.
Instead of the response being the three-letter word that starts with "Y", it's always that two-letter word that comes between M and P.

If anyone knows any users who do take requests and draw cartoon fan art, I'd appreciate it.
