Anyway, I think that in future we will see something like that:
*two boys standing in front of futuristic tower surrounded by unknown light discs*
Boy I: "My old home was there. It was built in 2002."
Boy II: "I dont believe it, when I came to this city in 2100, that tower was standing here"
Boy I: "I am not lying! i growed up there!"
*They walk away, Boy I is thinking about his old house*
Cool Idea. Reminds me of Tron mixed with Half-Life 2 and futuristic Earth.

Interesting, but the rings around the building wouldn't be projected to the general population i they held any important information. at most they would be in a different frequency that the general population couldn't see without special equipment.

Visually I thought Tron:Legacy was brilliant; it had a few issues storywise but I like it. The colour scheme and the light effects was what made me think of it.
