Before I began, I would like everyone to keep their comments respectful.

This is one of the photos taken at the end of the MenAlive Weekend Retreat at the church I go to.

For some of you might know, I am a Catholic as I dedicated my faith since a little boy.

I have baptised, and have a lots of ups and downs. But the big change comes in March 2019.

I was in one of these weekends as I saw all the men gathered together praying, sharing and filled with the Holy Spirit.

And since then, my life has changed from bad to good. It gives me the strength to deal with mental tremor of the pandemic in the past 3 years.

In our faith journey, we will have ups and downs. We will face temptations and will even have setbacks.

But no matter, God is with us always as I strongly believe Him.

Since I become the group leader, I become even more humble and grateful.

I am happy God has transformed me from a doubtful person to a person filled with faith.

Even in tough times, I still believe in Him as I know I never walk alone.

So, MenAlive is a group of men with Catholic/Christian faith comes together. It's based in Brisbane, Australia and they have branches across Australia and New Zealand.
