The story:

After the events of Dusttale Sans wins the fight against Chara/Frisk and takes their determination. After that Sans deletes them from the timeline. He RESETS time when the kid fell down and revives everybody (losing all of his EXP and LV but keeping the kid’s determination). But all the monsters remembered Sans’s slaughter. And they were not happy about it.

Frisk: Deleted.

Flowey: He hates Sans more than anything for having more determination than him. Other than that, he remains the same.

Toriel: Her appearance is the same. But she will never let any children go through the door ever again. She will guard that door with her life and if you won’t kill her, she will. If Sans would try to approach the door when she was around, Toriel would try to kill Sans.

Sans: He has determination which makes him able to control the timeline. He is now the most powerful monster in the underground. He regained his sanity. His personality and appearance mostly remain the same as Classic! Sans’s, but his left eye is like in Dusttale.

Papyrus: He has forgotten to Sans and accepted that he “had” to kill everyone to save them. He is less goofy than he was before. Undyne told him that he is a traitor for forgiving Sans’s sins and that he will never join the royal guards. Sans told him everything about the timelines and resets.

Undyne: She thinks that Sans and Papyrus are traitors. She has a group of royal guards acting as headhunters to kill Sans. She is always on the edge. Other than becoming the maniac that she is trying to kill she remains the same.

Alphys: She is in Undyne’s headhunter group, one of the main leaders of it. She wants to capture Sans and experiment on him. She is scared leave her lab because Sans told everyone about the amalgamates.

Mettaton: He remains the same. But he occasionally tells the viewer of his shows that Sans should be killed for his sins.

Asgore: He understands and appreciates Sans’s plan to “save” them. He doesn’t want to kill Sans. He still wants to get to the surface.
