Undyne: She got promoted to be mayor of the underground and she is the leader of Waterfall
Alphys: She works as the royal scientist. She (and Gaster) experimented with determination and it gone wrong the amalgams are radioactive and produce toxins so she has to wear her hazmat suit. She is the leader of Hotland
Mettaton: literal human killing machine and entertainer
Gaster: Former royal scientist he retired after his (and Alphys’) experiment went wrong. He is the leader of New home
Asgore: Leader of monsterkind he swore vengeance to kill all humans
