Margaret (AKA Balloon Terrier) was teaming up with Isaure in stopping some bad guys from robbing a bank. After that, they went to the top of the US Bank Tower to chat. Margaret question Isaure's loyalty and motives, only for Isaure to place a hypnotic spell on Margaret, turning her into her willing puppet. Learning the nature of Margaret's powers, Isaure commanded her to inflate herself and float in the air. The Chinese Crested girl grabs her tail so she can fly above buildings in Los Angeles, and Margaret was unable to do anything but obey her mistress.
Isaure: You are mine now, Margaret. You belong to me, and you live only to serve me.
Margaret: Yeeess, miiistreeess... I liiive ooonlyy to seeerve yooouuu...
Isaure: They say your powers hold up to your reputation, eh? I say they match your ego. I command you to expand for me and float around as I grab your tail.
