Yes, you are right, all done in Photoshop CS3 Extended version.
With Photoshop CS3 Extended you can animate layer styles and videos... is so cool. is like having a baby aftereffects. is like a 3 mouths-old aftereffects. hehehe. not powerful, but is good enough for animations like this in photoshop .
