Shaoran and Sakura in a Nutcracker theme for 's contest: [link] Again, I've tried a fallen-people effect XD
Anyway, I think there's something that doesn't work very well in this picture, but I don't find what. Can you help me? *_*

Though I think that you have done a little too flat hair on Sakura. It makes her head look a bit off and the eyes too big.
That might be what you think looks weird
If you make her hair "bigger" I think this could be really great!

well the eyes get big only because ofthe hair so you only need to take some time making the hair stand out more
and no since he has a hat on 
haha especially clamps hair is a pain XD I know myself when I do their hair in my fanart. That's what takes most time XD
Maybe you should try first making her head without hair. If you get what I mean!
Make a base and then you can see how her skull looks. and when it looks okay you can make the hair on top of that. and still a bit over, so it's not licked to the skull (:

So, if I get right, you think that hair is stick to the head, in a certain sense, don't I? o.O
The funny thing is that I always start with a bold head XD Evidently I still draw hair crudely, lol XD
