well... it's latin... I know how to pronunciate it 'cos I'm spanish and also I'm learning latin eh... it would be something like...
de · ʊs (or oos)· u · van · te
the two "e" (in de and te) would be prononcuend as the e from "excelent" and not like the "e" in "idea" and the second u... would be like in university, and the first one would be like "lagoon" more or less I don't know about writing english phonetics...

Oh yeah.. lol i am Danish is a very very weird language! We have three more letters. æ ø and å uhm almost every non-danish speaking person can't say ø but æ is like A but more harsh and short and doesnt have that eyy sound to it. So not like a soft aaa as u usually do it, but more like a a! like you got cut off in the middle of saying it, and å is like oh but also more harsh and short

oh my, that's really hard for me even english pronuntiation is hard from me (in the area I live... we don't pronunciate the final "s" of the words... so for example in tomatoes... we would say "tomatoeh" and the final e is aspirated... but well, I try to pronunciate the final s

I didn't know that ø was a word, cos I use it to say that there is nothing there... more or less
