A third shock is delivered, her arms twitch and she makes a gurgling sound but when the man's fingers run to her neck, hoping for a pulse.
She seemed to be breathing, her mouth open, her chest twitching trying to get some air in her starved lungs, so he waited.
And as he waited her heart fell in a flatline again.
