Bennet Owen and Dylan Owain, the two best friends now in charge of Ash Holt Stables, accompanied by one of the many Jack Russell Terriers on the property.

Dylan is the owner, having gained the position officially after her father's retirement. She is an avid horsewoman, and even trained as a jockey and horse trainer before leaving Wales to go to school; to learn more about business. While in school, she also studied animal behaviour and took a special interest in horses; given her background.

Bennet is a veterinarian and animal conservationist hailing from Australia, he currently works in South Africa on a game reserve; though he travels back and forth as often as he can. He met Dylan at her university as an exchange student. The two hit it off, and Dylan has affectionately taken to calling him "Benji" as a result of her assumption of his name being Benjamin when they first met.

Dylan invited Benji to stay with her family at AHS during their first Christmas as friends. Bennet immediately fell in love with the place, and so jumped at the chance to help Dylan run it, when she asked a few years later. Since then Bennet has invested as much time and money as he could (and as much as Dylan would allow); since Bennet's family is quite well off financially, he doesn't see it as a big deal, but Dylan is rather proud. Together the two have renovated and updated the grounds, as well as bred and purchased a handful of fine horses to help them rebuild the stable's name.

When asked about the status of their relationship, the two have been known to get a tad defensive and adamantly state that they are simply friends. Dylan's father, Reid, has his suspicions (and secret ulterior motives) but has learned not to push the subject.
