So here I was wondering how could I get better.. and all of sudden I got an opportunity to try and participate in tutorial try-out... so out of curiosity I tried it and it worked
What works for you when you want to hone up your skills but can't find anything?

I hope you enjoy it and by following the tutorial I learnt something by myself too.
Techniques can be used in Photoshop, Ibis paint, Mediabang or SAI.
