Debbie Webster, played by Sue Devaney, is the daughter of Bill Webster, and younger sister of Kevin Webster in the long-running soap Coronation Street. Debbie was a regular character between 1984 and 1985, before returning in 2019 for five episodes, and permanently from 2020. Her she is reimagined in an alternative world, still in Weatherfield in the 1990s, starring in the soap as a fun-loving young woman and hairdresser.
