This ending can be achieved if you fail during the Party Crashers stage, or if you are captured by the guards in Glass Gorge. Note that, depending on your choices and Fantom's mood, you can get this ending just about any time you're captured by conventional restraints!
You get a variation of this ending if you finish the game while possessing the requisite items (see: finishing the game)

Fantom wasn't very talkative. She was, of course, a trained kunoichi - a woman schooled in the arts of black magic and sinister stealth. During her time at the Unseen School, she should have had her loquacious attitude stripped away. If anything, her training only made her more likely to gloat! For Fantom, there was nothing so sweet as taunting someone who can't talk back, especially when punctuated with a haughty laugh! !

Unfortunately for the villainous vixen, the tables were turned.

Her captors were fully aware of her training in the arcane arts. The somatic components were made moot by wrapping her hands in several wide layers of tape, then binding them behind her back. They were also careful not to let a supposed sorceress use any of her magic words, nor let that silver tongue try to negotiate!

The ninja's mouth was stuffed full of cloth, then sealed up with a generous helping of tape. Just for good measure, they decided on two more strips in an 'X' pattern across her mouth.
A fat panel-gag was harnessed to her head, pressed tight against her sealed lips.

Finally, they slipped a pair of cotton wads over her ears and eyes and locked a custom-made leather hood over her head. The pressure was immense, and she felt her highly erogenous lips squeezed tight, and a tremendous tightness against her whole visage. No sight, hardly any sound, and no hope of rescue... already, her captors were discussing what to do with the witch. Clearly she was enjoying her treatment; they also simply couldn't ungag her. Yet they also needed her close in case they needed to interrogate her again. She knew that she wouldn't be getting free anytime soon, and it was confirmed when she felt hands on her exposed thighs...

Ryner-E did a really fantastic job illustrating the fantasy incarnation of our fave Phantom! I've got a thing for gags and gagging sequences, and i simply couldn't pass up when I saw his.
