Because I feel awful! I would have been pissed if someone had done that with one of my plots. And the worst part about it is that I could have avoided doing so just by thinking. I really am sorry.
So my uncle (he's just a few years older than me and we hang out a lot) really likes the Sabre design. He was like, "Woah, is that a lightsaber?" And I replied, "No."
"Well then what-"
"It's a weapon where the energy/offensive force is channeled between the top and bottom points."
"So, it's like a lightsaber that would actually function."
"Yeah."
"That's freaking awesome."
