M.O.D.O.K. has captured Maria Hill his new plan, remove her brain and place his own in her body. Hill awakens in the cell and sees M.O.D.O.K. "Welcome Agent Hill" stated M.O.D.O.K. "What is your plan" asked Hill. "I'm going to remove your brain and place my own inside your body" replied M.O.D.O.K. M.O.D.O.K starts to remove Hill's brain. "M-my B-brain, I n-need t-to, duhh" stated Hill has M.O.D.O.K removed her brain causing her to drool. M.O.D.O.K then planted his brain in her body, causing her eyes to turn orange. M.O.D.O.K then unties himself and walks over to a mirror and admires Hill's body. He then picks up Hill's brain and scans her memories before throwing her brain in a bin. M.O.D.O.K is now Maria Hill.
