Description

I've always thought about the way we humans process our thoughts and emotions.

It is said that changing your way of thinking can change you as a person.

I think Houmin's way of processing her emotions is a little example of what makes a human spiritually stronger than a regular, mundane person.

Once an emotion manifests externally, there's not knowing what kind of effect it can make in others and the world around us.

Specially the painful and shocking ones.

1-2 Taking a deep breath and relaxing our bodies, our heart rate and our breathing may sound simple, but it makes a really big difference when in a shock.

3-4 The moment air escapes our lungs our muscles soften for a bit, and in that moment one can find a slight glimpse of inner peace. That's the most precious time for processing our thoughts and feelings.

5-6 If that feeling is harmful or you deem the thing unnecessary then wait a bit until it consumes itself or let your inner self devour it. Once you've complete control over it, you will achieve a sense of serenity and emptiness that is similar to a Void.

The pain is still inside you, but in your present state of mind you have the time and the ability to properly address it and take the measures you deem necessary without hurting yourself or others more than you would normally do.

Of course, there are extreme situations where one doesn't have such a luxury as a moment to quietly process any of it, but this is only a guide to better one self.
