Still experimenting with Neutral Density Filters and open shutter photography ..We have strong winds today , and an over cast sky ..So i snapped these ..First one turned out to bright , over exposed ..The next 3 were just a second of exposure time if that ..Perfect ..Look you can see the movement in the tree branches ..
