Oh my goodness that tail mouth tho. Probably one of the best I've seen lately; if people have a favs folder for tail mouth creatures or a gallery folder or SOMETHING I'd probably browse it fully.
And like someone else commented, that tail's head reminds me of the gaster blasters from undertale or whatever they are called.

I don't know why everyone is clamming it to be undertale related.
I was not even thinking of that when drawing this. more like a cubone type of skull on a default dragon I make + some tail mouth thing.

1. It's HIS character, so your "copyright" argument is already pointless and invalid.
2. If you are talking about tail mouths, they aren't a copyrighted species, so everyone can feel free to make one whenever they want.
3. In case you are talking about the character's tail that is using a skull on its head...COME ON NOW, you truly have to be an Undertale/Sans fanatic to claim that he is breaking a law for putting a skull on a character's head "cus Sans is the first character that use skulls n' bones". There are lots of characters that use skulls on their head or bones to attack, y'know? He doesn't even look like a Gaster blaster...more like Kindred or something. Don't tell me your would call Cubone a Gaster blaster too?
4. He is NOT using a Gaster Blaster, so he is NOT breaking any copyright law.
5. Just saying, using RP to talk about copyright make you look really childish, no offense...

Actually, it wasn't really clear that it was a joke, mostly because of the amount of kids around that claim that someone's OC is a (insert Undertale character here) rip-off. I don't blame you doe, just be more careful with what kind of jokes you make next time ok, bud? Just look at the comments below us...because of'em, it was really hard to tell if you were joking or not.

How can I be more clear about whether it was a joke.

More clever? Hehe anything that makes sense. Sans would never say "copyright" because at the moment doesn't make sense. Maybe he would say "rip-off" or something about being unoriginal, because after all, Sans is smart and he knows what he is saying
