Torchic is wearing a duscull mask that he made for Halloween.

How did he make it? I don't know. I'm not Torchic. Ask him. Jk! hehehe..

Actually, the original idea of this piece is a ghost type pokemon who is in shock and scared when he saw torchic. I've been trying to draw a Duscull, a Banette and a Hunter with their scared faces, but I'm not satisfied with it. :< It's very hard to do scared facial expressions of scary ghost types.
