Description The man sat their in his chair. Looking out on what was once a crowd. Now nothing more than a pile of ash and charred bodies. He smirked as he stood up. The chair burning from the spot. Walking past the charred crowd and leaving foot prints burned into the earth. Heat radiating off of him like a furnace. His cloak trailing with wisps of smoke and fire.

It was a surprise to him just how easily things lit up. All that was needed was a spark and the world was set ablaze. Leaving now one behind in war. A riot here and protest there. Making things easier when someone important was caught in his kindling, serving as the fuel that fed the fire. Riots spread across the globe with rising prices of oil. Making the aspects of need fuel mankind's flame for greed. The more and more people burned the more they needed to feed on fuel that needed money to keep it alive.

Eventually the spark hit when people began to fight for fuel. The ocean and rain helping to sully the flame of enterprise. Without fuel mankind had struggled to stay alight, mankind hungered for fuel and slowly consumed itself for it. Spreading across the world and sparking anger. Fights breaking out in markets when businesses couldn't function. Their flames dying as the fuel burned to ash. Starving man further.

Mankind hungered and consumed itself more, fighting over what little coals of food could be provided. Devouring it like a swarm. The flame couldn't stand itself any longer and began to devour the fuel of business. Incinerating the what fuel it had. Tearing itself apart as it fed.

The man sighed as he trailed his hand along a blackened bench. Mankind had fed on itself to keep it's flame alive. Killing itself off and leaving only the remains behind. The crowd a recent victim of feeding. The man himself feeding on what was left of the world until there was nothing left but his ashes to drift away in the wind.
