The issue I have is that the timing is off. The stage is timed differently to the Satisfaction motion.

I not made the motion dance for models.I use original sound file to make stage animation and who made vmd for satisfaction dance used a video as reference and probably audio from this video. anyway, you need to sync animation by yourself

Make sure you're renaming the right way, just changing "MotionStage.vmd" to "1.vmd", or whatever, but without changing the suffix ".vmd"
Use MMD in english ( maybe this can help ) and new Ver.
*Load only stage fisrt and test this D
