This is a concept piece of Death, or the Grim Reaper. I dropped the Sickle, since I never really liked it all that much.

I made his arms and hands of a glowing mist, as it's the last thing you see before dieing "A bright Light" It's not a light but rather its Death Reaching inside you to remove your soul.
