In this pair of images we see that beauty is not strictly limited to one form – but may be dependent on harmonious supports and psychological symmetries. The male character is supported by attributes that our society accepts as masculine. Therefore, there is a symmetry between him and our expectations – boosting his beauty. The same holds true of the female model: her high gloss ceramic is suggestively feminine yet no more obtrusive than the young man's gear.
