My entry to the February EMTC! With just a few hours to go
In the circus, they're always playing with fire. Sometimes they'll even get fire eaters on stage. This one's getting a bit too into it, though...
MAN. This was easier than I expected, but still. An hour of unrelenting toil, inspirational music and gentle coercion from =otohime0394 produced this fair old bit of animation. It could be worse...

I absolutely flove the animation and the fire effect in this piece (fire is something I've never managed to master) but I feel it is really let down by the base. It's way too saturated, which means the shading doesn't really show well and I can't say I'm fond of the colour which puts a downer on the whole piece. If you worked on your shading a little I think it turn this into something amazing, but right now the shading puts me off the emote >.>
