I have to say I do not think the shading looks very good, you should really stick to either hard-cell-shading or soft, but not both.
I do like the rest of it though.

Cabaret, it's set in Germany just before the war it's about a journalist who comes from America and gets sucked into the Berlin nightlife, anyway the Nazi's come along and destroy everything. That's a simple explanation. One of the most famous songs is called "Come To The Cabaret". It was a film with Liza minelli in it.

cool cool. i just luv the whole style of her and the colours used. especially the hair, the smoke and the frilly sortof stuff on the bottom of the outfit. i always fing it so hard to do stuff lke curly hair, or stuff swaying in the wind like the smoke(which i know someone already says look like fabric foldings, very cool) and the frillies. it seems to take another level of imagery that i don't have yet. but u do!
