Well if you don't get it, you just don't. The point was seedrian is a PLANT-like species. And how do flowers (plants) breed? By pollination mostly.

Plants get pollinated by bees. Cosmo sent a bee to pollinate Tails. This could be seen as Cosmo trying to have sex with Tails. That's the joke.
