Experimental. I wanted to see what I could do using just simple programs.

Dranzer drawn and coloured in MS Paint (it's so obvious...). No references used; I drew her from memory. Black bars were also added in MS Paint. The background is something old that I already had, which I also added in using MS Paint. The glow effects and blurring of the overall drawing were done using another simple program.

And, I know I should have drawn the other wing. But I wasn't bothered. That's why it is not there.

For simple program use it's good. For the use of a mouse with no references in MS Paint it's very good.

The different shadings used on the main body of Dranzer are done well.

I think what you could have used instead of a black outline on Dranzer herself is a dark red one, that would make it look less pixelated as it would hide the broken lines.

The background seems to flow one way and Dranzer the other, unless you were going for this, maybe one of them should have been flipped horizontally. (Unless it meant that the interesting fire shape on the left would be completely hidden from view.)

The glow effects add a nice touch. I think instead of adding larger ones like on the black edges, you could have used more of the smaller ones, with a less-blurred brush like the ones under Dranzer's neck that concentrate the light more in the center. (If that's possible in the program you used.)

However the fact they have the same level of blur as the background, that makes the focus more on Dranzer.

it is good that you tried experimenting drawing using ms paint

although it looks kinda messy to me, I really like the shade effects you did

but i think you still need to work on the wings

well, I'll give it eighty-three out of a hundred
