Backstory:
Both of her parents were White Mages (or Holy Mages to put it simply), so it came to no surprise that their only daughter would inherit their magical abilities. Most of her formative years were spent training in the use of her powers with her parents, and shrugging off the occaisional bully that teased her. However this all changed when one day a group of witch hunters rioted in her home village in the mountains, kicking down doors and burning down houses as they searched for suspected witches.  This was apparently due to claims that Takana's Family were secretly practicing black magic and witchcraft. Though Takana and by extention her parents knew these claims to be false ones, the hunters refused to listen.

Takana's Father stepped out of the house to confront them and told his wife to take Takana and run as far from the village as they could as he held them back. He unfortunately didn't last too long as their leader..a Garchomp cut him down, as the young Fennekin Mage looked back and witnessed it. Takana and her mother trudged little by little through the snow away from the village..ocassionally looking back at the smoke from the flaming buildings.

They weren't out of danger yet however...as some of the Hunters spotted the two leaving the village and gave chase.  And it wasn't long before they managed to get on their tails, at which point. Takana's Mother decided to sacrifice herself buying time for Takana to escape. Her plan worked... at the cost of her own life...

Now lost and alone with no one to turn to, Takana wandered the Blizzard alone for a long time.  However fate decided that she wouldn't die that day...for as she started to succumb to the freezing temperatures, Terri and Nicole discovered her while on what initially was a casual mountain hike.  Realizing how severe her condition is, the two decided to help her out, and they took her to an empty cave and nursed her back to health.  And after Takana told them her story, the Quilava decided to offer Takana to join their team. Without too much hesitation, the White Mage accepted the offer.

Since then Takana has been a Member of Team Star Seekers, and has accompanied the team on many missions to come, eventually leading her and the rest of the team to meet up with Kris.

Personality:
She's al around a happy Fennekin, although this is main due to the fact she doesn't like showing negative emotions, let alone talk about her past. This leads to her bottling up her emotions most of the time, so in the rare cases she does let them out, it's more intense than most.  She's also quite adamant and stubborn about her methods, though isn't quite as over the top as some certain kinds of people. She also enjoys helping others in what ever way she possibly can, whether it be helping carrying something for them, healing them with her White Magic, or just acting as moral support for those who need it.  This does lead her to seeming too kind at times, but at the end of the day if she can help make other Pokemon's lives better that's alright in her book.

Trivia:
-Her hood was white originally, but it was stained red when Guy put it through the wash with tomato juice.
- Hearing someone mention Garchomp can cause her to have an instant meltdown.
-She was created to be the polar opposite to the Fennekin witch stereotype.
