Personal Information
Appearance - A short but lean and pretty dark brown tom whose height is boosted a little by his tufted ears. He has ginger markings around his eyes and on his chest and has darker spots running all along his back and tail as well as the tips of his ears. His long and fluffy tail has a white underside. His eyes are a bluish green.
Scent - Tree sap
Scars - No physical ones.
Personality - A very gentle and withdrawn soul. He barely speaks and will often trail off mid-sentence or repeat himself by accident. Avoids being the centre of attention but also enjoys it as well and finds praise embarrasing but very welcome. Easily flustered and just as easy to make sad. Cries easily at any sob story told to him and has a lack of patience although he won't let it show when he's irritated. Loyal to his family and clan but only because he knows them, won't be as loyal to someone he doesn't feel a connection to. Very clingy and dependent, often needs a push to take action.
Background
History - Born into the second litter of a loving Lightningclan family. As the first litter were named after her, Forestcall insists that their newborn sons be named after their father Wildwhisper.
Kithood -
- Born alongside Tigerkit, the camp is full of Leafclan cats causing the twins to become normalised to the idea of hanging out with other clan cats.
- The next few moons are tense which does affect the two a little although their parents do try to keep the atmosphere fun and happy. During this period RowanAsh have their second litter along with BleakHawks litter.
- Leopardkit's world is uprooted when Twolegs and their monsters attack at night and destroy the camp. His mother has a leg damaged by rubble protecting Leafclan kits but she is carried to safety by her mate and kits. Sycamorepaw and Birchpaw carry Leopardkit and Tigerkit.
- Highclan allows them to stay as everyone tries to make sense of the Twoleg invasion. Littlestar and Sparklestar are missing and Leopardkit spends days crying. Tigerkit puts on a brave face for his brother and comforts him. Aspenpaw spends a lot of time playing with the kits to try and distract them.
- Littlestar and Sparklestar make their way to Highclan.
- A meeting between the clans is called and everyone if gathered. Leopardkit is in awe as Starclan descends to tell them they need to leave. His elder siblings are made warriors before they leave and he and Tigerkit congratulate them.
- The journey is quickly exhausting even with the family taking turns to carry the kits. A few weeks into the journey Tigerkit and Leopardkit are made apprentices.
Apprenticehood
- Apprenticed to Silentsky a stoic and proud warrior Leopardpaw is nervous but does his training diligently. Tigerpaw takes to it much easier and Leopardpaw is in awe.
- The two mix with the apprentices of the other clans and make friends with them. Leopardpaw isn't as strong as the others but finds he's very fast.
- They come across the kitten mill and are horrified to find the state that its inhabitents live in. A rescue mission is planned to save the kittypets along with Pheasanthope and Frozensky. Tigerpaw offers to help and Leopardpaw trails behind him but the two are rebuked being told they are too young.
- One of Leopardpaw's sisters Laurelglade finds out she is pregnant and although she never says everyone can tell from her apprehension that her partner was not of Lightningclan.
- The rescue is a success and many of the kitten mill cats join the clans while others form the Rose Nest in which many tired warriors decide to stay.
- Laurelglade gives birth to her litter Sleepingkit, Lunarkit and Dreamkit one night before they leave. Leopardpaw and the others help to carry the kits noticing that a Stoneclan warrior is taking an interest while Laurelglade herself is distant and finds engaging with her kits difficult.
- Leopardpaw develops a crush on a Highclan tom, he feels guilty and confides in Tigerpaw who shrugs it off and tells him love is love and points out their sister had a cross-clan fling. Leopardpaw despite this pep talk is too shy to act on his feelings and its goes nowhere.
- One evening while the clans are stopping for the night the brothers hear a queen from another clan calling out for her kit. Tigerpaw declares that they have to find the missing kit before they get hurt. They find the kit in a precarious position by a cliffs edge about to fall. Leopardpaw tries to run out but is paralyzed with fear. Tigerpaw however runs forward and throws the kit to him however the cliff crumbles and he falls before Leopardpaw can reach him.
- A patrol finds Leopardpaw frozen sheltering the kit who has passed out from shock and manages to get him to explain what happened before escorting them back to the clans. His family rushes to him and are devestated to hear what happened but do their best to comfort Leopardpaw who can't speak.
- The family and other warriors including the kits mother find their way to where Tigerpaw should have fallen but can find no body.
- Forestcall announces she is returning to the Rose Nest on account of her leg. Wildwhisper and Aspenheart accompany her. Forestcall begs Leopardpaw to return with them but he refuses wanting to be as far from the cliff as possible. His older siblings stick to him closely during the last weeks on the journey.
- The new territory is found. Leopardpaw sticks to Sycamoreshine's side as Laurelglade and Sprucedance explore the territory and Birchfoot focuses on apprentice training.
- After the camps are decided a large ceremony is held during which Leopardpaw is given his warrior name. Leopardpaw doesn't want his name but doesn't have the courage to turn it down in front of all the clans.
Warriorhood
- Is named Leopardsprint for his impressive speed and agility. Leopardsprint is bitter about this as he clearly wasn't fast enough to save his brothers life.
- Laurelglade's kits pick Stoneclan over Lightningclan. Leopardsprint is too nervous to tell her it's her own fault but Sycamoreshine does so with no hesitation.
- Littlestar gives Laurelglade a punishment for her Stoneclan fling.
- Daisymask and Voltagewish have kits thanks to Shalestep helping them. Leo thinks she is a hero and is happy for the couple, Laurelglade is distressed as she thinks on motherhood and Leopardsprint decides it's his turn to comfort her. Leo's voice hurts afterwards. He realises it's the most he's spoken at once since losing Tigerpaw.
- Laurelglade and Birchfoot return from a gathering revealing she got into a fight with Lunarpaw. Leo says that they kits will probably forgive her with time.
- Dovestreak is killed by a snake putting the whole clan on edge.
- The rabbits begin to become problematic.
- Laurelglade returns from a solo hunting trip with a new scar. She reveals that Lunarsplash lashed out at her at the border but asks him to keep quiet to not get her into trouble.
- Stoneclan disbands not long after and none of his sisters kits choose Lightningclan causing her distress.
- Littlestar steps down, Leopardsprint is sad that the leader he's known his whole life is stepping down but respects his decision and looks up to Twilightstar almost as much anyway.
- Twilightstar has a competition of speed, Laurelglade and Sprucedance hype him up and convince him to compete. He performs well and finds himself happy about his agility for the first time in moons.
- The Rose Nest cats visit and Wildwhisper, Forestcall and Aspenheart rejoin Lightningclan, Tigerpaw isn't with them, Leopardsprint isn't surprised but he suspects that Forestcall played up her leg injury so she could continue searching for him and seems to have finally given up saddening him further.
- Stars fall from the sky causing Leo a lot of anxiety.
- A mass ceremony is held.
