i draw this a while ago. it is to one of my friends (not in DA) she likes Pokemon too, and she likes my drawings too.she ask me i shall draw a pokemon to her. i can't draw big pokemon, i likes to begin with small.
Then we choose Togepi. it is cute <3
i try my best.
