i couldnt help noticing the contrast between the simple way of life of the fisherman and the sophisticated machinery in the background. hence the title

Well there were more than 5 cranes, if i d included the whole of the last crane on the frame , the bottom of th e next one wud have come into view. moreover i was on a boat and had only a split second to get this shot

No , our syllabus does not include ayurveda and other traditional medicine. They are separate courses of 3 - 5 years.
