I changed the title from " Fraggle Lust " to " Suggestive Fraggles " cuz... it's gooder. I've been sitting on this " photo shoot " idea for a while. So, uhh... it's Boober, Red, Gobo, Mokey & Wembley Fraggle. Rock on. Rock. On.8/14/07 I changed the size of this. It should be more screen-friendly now.

Well, I have 2. They're both black but one has Gobo's head and the other has Red's. These were made within the last 2 or 3 years. Mine came from eBay but I think you could get them from Hotopic or Claire's. I've got two wallets done in the same style.

I have seen this pic when you first posted it and somehow managed to escape a comment from me. I really love their shining eyes in this one, the suggestiveness is also a strange but cool thing, it reminds me their civilization had to be born some way (other than the Henson company fabricating a bunch of puppets).
From the way this thing looks, Gobo looks like quite the playboy, getting both Mokey and Red. Boober has some kinda tail fetish. Wembley might be seeing the viewer doing something kinky.. or he's just being Wembley.
It would be scary to see what Red and Gobo's children would look like. It'd be funny to see a cross-breed pic of the next generation of Fraggles.

Heh heh. I'd actually like to have given it a less " suggestive " name. Some people have read waaaay more into it than I intended. I was going for a Fleetwood Mac album cover sort of thing with it actually.
Boober's just in the moment & Wembley's just supposed to be clueless, as usual.
In fraggle-themed forums, the " who-loves-who " thing comes up frequently. Personally, It's always made sense that Gobo & Red would be the ones to hook up. Kinda like Han Solo & Princess Leia.

Still loving this pic! Phraggle, would you be willing to do a variation on this pic, for me, please? What I had in mind was a pic with just Boober by himself , same pose and facial expression as seen here (but because he's alone, maybe you could use his other hand to prop him up against a cave wall?). I was also looking at a full body pose, and if you could add the caption "Hey sugar lips" (sort of referring to the "We Love You Wembley" episode, but now the "sugar lips" quote is directed at the viewer). If you could do a pic like this for me, that would be awesome!

Wow, love this pic. Especially my fav Fraggle, Boober's, expression. Reminds me of the spilled love potion scene in the episode "We Love You Wembley". Wembley meets a girl Fraggle named Lou, and through much prodding from Mokey (whos convinced Wembley's in love), he gets a love potion. It ends up spilled in the Fraggle Pool, and affects all the Fraggles in Fraggle Rock temporarily. When Boober gets a whiff of the potion, he calls Wembley "sugar lips!"

It just struck me, Jim Henson's work would be full of bald muppets without ostrich feathers, those things worked miracles for dynamic puppet hair XD

How you did manage to make them look exactly like the original puppets while making sure that they live like living, breathing creatures at the same time is really mind-boggling. Your technique is flawless and this brings out lovely memories. Recent memories in fact, considering I've just watched the first episode of Fraggle Rock again two hours ago!

See, for me it's a little different. Fraggle Rock is a weird series: in most countries, the bits with the dog and the old guy were reshot with a different actor speaking the local language. Since I'm a French-speaking Swiss, my Fraggle Rock is the French version. Of course I have the DVD, but the French Fraggle Rock never went beyond the first season, so I'm kinda stuck there for the moment. With the movie announcement, I'm confident that the whole thing will eventually be out on DVD, and that I'll be able to buy the American or British version.

Really? The french version never got passed season 1? I never knew that. They always talk about the foreign versions like they did them all with the different Docs until the end.
I may have the french ones on DVD but they don't play on my DVD player so I've never been able to find out.

I just love your style in drawing the Fraggles. They look more than just puppets in all of your drawings. I love Mokey's expression. So innocent as always. That's why she's my favorite Fraggle.
