I love Effie from Hunger Games! I especially loved her outfit from Catching Fire with the butterflies so I became inspired to make a custom based on her
I decided a while ago that this would be my 100th custom because at least by then I'd be pretty good at painting and sculpting so it wouldn't be as hard xD It was still quite a huge task to sculpt all the butterflies and paint them one by one, but it was worth it! Hope you like her! And thanks for all the support and lovely comments, it's because of you all that I've been inspired to make so many customs!<3

I just have to say, I don't care if the butterflies were made from molds, this is absolutely gorgeous! I absolutely am astounded by this beautiful custom, it is truly unique. I love it.
I always thought Effie always wore too much makeup, but that was the way the society is in the movie. But you brought out the best of her! ;D
