He is a combination of light and darkness which gives him the name Devine, his parents are unknown.
ATTACKS: Copy: Devine can copy every Ultras techniques by using the Devine brace like Wide Zero Shot, Cross Ray Schtrom, etc. Black portal: when a attack is coming towards Devine, he opens a foggy black portal so that the attack go in the black portal which leads to the White portal, The white portal works the opposite of the black one. Divine beam: a ultra beam Devine shoots from his arm like a (+). His red patterns glows before shooting it.
