What is there that can done? Maybe letting the pulse go, would make the body much happier, but, since we can't live without it, no one ever knows what happens when that pulse fades...only when it races, do we ever really feel out heart anymore these days.
Good lighting, the angle is fine, and damn it, you show of that sternocleimastiod!
