The first violet doodle! As you know I've been working on a personal project where every month I paint with one specific color, based on the colors of the rainbow.
February was red
March was orange
April was yellow
May was green
June was blue
July was indigo
And now the project it's on the final track, August will be violet! Wish you all a great month 
Btw what's with this core thing, I feel like I've missed something o.O?

Lol thats how i am when i need to finish things XD . Heck i dont even know where ya can go from water colours and pens.... ummm ya you got me no idea 
you could do complimentary colours (red green, blue orange, yellow purple) but that would last the rest of the year, i guess brown last ( 11months, including the 7months of rainbows?) Meh... literally whatever is fun for you (like me drawing fire.... yes >:3 ).

The "core" thing is just a different name for premium membership. Also buying in bulk went up in cost quite a lot.

This movie scared and impressed the hell out of me as a child ! Young Arthur was a model for me.
Your piece translates this feeling of magic, both whimsical and eery that was in the original movie.
