Name: Ryu 'Reichi' Tsumoto
Age: 18
Occupation: University student studying in the Medical field and a part time job as a delievery boy for Caduceus Japan

Background: Ryu (or I shall call him Reichi <3) is the son of Hana Tsumoto, a doctor who used to work in Japan until she was put on an exchange program to the USA because there was a shortage of staff in the States and Leon Tsumoto, a defence lawyer who has his own practice. He also has an older sister, Hisana Tsumoto ([link] ) - a (genius) doctor of Caduceus USA. He was suppose to be raised in the USA because of his over protective parents, but he insisted on going to a boarding school in Japan; which his parents reluctantly agreed (after Reichi threatened many times he was going to run away to Japan). From there, he just stayed in Japan to continue his schooling - flying home at times to visit his family.

As stated above, he is in his first year of University, studying in the Medical Field - while his Sister is already working in Caduceus USA. He pulled a few strings with some people his Mother knew, and was able to get a part time job at Caduceus Japan, as a delievery boy who delievers paper work or medicines to other hospitals or some times medications to patients that go in and out of Caduceus Japan. This is basically how he makes a living at the moment - with some support that comes from over seas.

Personality: Reichi is a fun, lovable guy. As much as he seems stressed out all the time because of studying, he always puts on a sturdy smile and pursues on with his goal. He'll help out whenever he can, but this could always leads to him butting into places where he shouldn't be. Unlike his sister, who is calm, composed and quiet, he is loud and the type to jump into things.

Or how he likes to put it.

"Shoot first, ask questions later!"

(Almost like Cagalli Yula Athha from Gundam Seed/Destiny xP)

Speaking of his sister, he has tons of fun teasing and picking on her (as you can see the quote above, err, starting of it).

Hobbies: Reichi loves to bike around, thus having that his main use of transportation around Tokyo and delievery uses. When he isn't studying in his apartment, he likes hanging around with close friends; eating sushi at a local sushi bar or playing video games in an arcade (DDR being one of a note-able one).

Fears/Dislikes: He hates it when some one bad mouths his family, and will stand up for them until the end. He is scared of losing those close to him - or plain watching people die. He also has a major disliking when people claim that he is just walking in Hisana's shadow, because she is the 'mighty' doctor of the West.

As you can see, Reichi (His nickname by the way) is some what of a future TC Character, but still an OC neither the less.

I luffles him xP

At first, he was suppose to have blonde hair - but than he looked WAY too much like a male version of Cagalli (funny huh? xD).

His eye was a PAIN IN THE ASS to do.

I don't know why.

I can't do eyes mind you xD.

I had really fun doing this >.>; Maybe I'll use Reichi in the Tentative title RP <3

And the "Let's make this Hisana LOVE LOVE DAY!" quote was tons of fun and makes me giggles. He would say this whenever Hisana introduces to him a 'boyfriend' or maybe even more xP.
