Fragile indeed...the "dollish" lipstick, the nails, the pose and the showing ribcage all make her look like a very fragile person. The picture is very beautiful, but the "?" in the title seems like an enormous contradiction to me!

Guys the only reason her ribs seem so prominent is because of the way she's leaning so far to her right. You try it, I'm bigger then her and I can see my ribs when I pose like that too.

I think the picture is very lovely and I love both the model and the composition. I love the way the lips match the text on the banner and I really love the colors. There's just something about them that really catches my eye and makes the photo look appealing.
I personally don't believe she's too thin at all, it's just the pose she's in and I don't see why people want you to put this as mature. She's covered so I don't see the problem at all...
