GOD!!! Your OCs are so amazing! The color scheme for all of them makes me want to draw each and every one of them! FFFFFUU-- Elloise and Nevi especially! XD
But geez! I've been going through the worst art block ever! Could you give me a few tips on where your inspiration comes from? These are some of the most unique OCs I've seen in a while!

ummmm i don't know tbh i did most of them when i was in middle school looool!
but i have a lot of friends who design too and although i don't personally use it,
this site is great to help you choose colors: [link]
this palette's nice: [link] because it provides neutrals and colors!
also patterns and stuff! generally colors that don't clash are nice,
and recently i discovered that having a maximum of 6 colors is most ideal...but others can pull it off just fine loool...but mixing vibrant/bright colors with neutral colors (white, gray, black, browns, tans) is really nice!
neutral colors in general and by themselves are nice as well. but if you wanted an oc that was completely, say, black, you should have at least 3 or more shades of black instead of just solid black!
UMMM...try to be unique with your design, but you should also personally love it yourself? like sure, jeans and a shirt are overused but if you like it then that's fine, doesn't matter what anyone else says. it's still good to at least personalize your oc though so that it doesn't look like it could be anyone's oc!

oh, fashionwise! you should first figure out what theme/personality you want your oc to be! for example, is he happy/broody/depressed? and is he or she from a victorian/futuristic/modern/fantasy/etc era? these things help you figure out what you want to design, and googling images from those times also gives you an idea of what you think is a nice design! it's also important to not clutter/mash on everything that you like into one oc! if you like frills but find that it looks bad on the coat you gave him, you have to choose one or the other, or make a new oc that goes with it!
UGH PERSONALLY I JUST GO FOR WHATEVER LOOKS NICE IN MY OPINION WITHOUT LOOKING LIKE I JACKED IT FROM ANOTHER PERSON though i have been inspired by other designs before!
in my case i LOOOVE circus-related things! but i didn't want to look like it was completely ripped from a typical circus costume so it ended up being like circus/modern/fantasy/idk HAHAHAAH
