I'm dreadfully confused. Why is this on the front page?
Seems to be a lot of ass/body shots getting a deluge of attention on dA lately. Don't misunderstand; I'm completely supportive of artistic nudity, or in this case, semi-nudity. When it is done tastefully and artistically, it represents some of the most poignant of human expression. I've seen plenty of stunning nudes or skimpy shoots, manipulated with shadows, the atmosphere, the environment, and so on and so forth... But this? It's just a thong shot. Marvelous as your assets are, m'dear, I feel like this picture lacks the kind of depth and layers I'd hope to see in an art piece.
Looking at your gallery, you have plenty of really neat, absolutely gorgeous, stunning shoots. 
Maybe I've missed the point of the photo completely, but that's just my opinion. Take it as you will, or not at all.

I was waiting for one of these. Though, I'm happy that the "why is this on the front page" comment was balanced with something thoughtful and not the usual prudish rage I see on nude and semi-nude pieces.
Not every image is going to be high concept. This is not meant to be overly thoughtful and deep, meaningful art. Just like there are so many fun and fluffy and lighthearted traditional and digital art pieces of girls looking sexy on the beach that no one takes up issue with, this is a lighthearted and fun take on glamour. It's not over-thought and it's not screaming at people to take it seriously. But the amount of time that Hollow put into staging the angle of this shot, the amount of stress I put on my back and legs to give my body the most curve and lines without the pose looking forced and the many many many subtle nuances in Hollow's editing makes this an artistic piece. Even if it lacks the extra concept seen in many of my images. It's simple, it's fun, it's sexy. But it's not less of an artistic expression just because of that. : )

Thank you for your pleasant response. It was never my intention to offend, only to open a forum for discussion, and I'm glad you took it that way.
Now that you've explained it further, I see this photo's merit more clearly. I appreciate you taking the time to consider and answer my comment. I never considered the amount of effort you probably put into this piece; maybe I judged too harshly. (And it was never out of a "prudish rage", only an artistic question! :]) I can see how this has its own appeal in its simplicity.

Something that really caught my eye here was how the background works with you. It gives off the impression of sunlight pouring down onto you, reflected in how the areas of your body that would be facing this 'sun' is brighter than we normally see in the photos. Good use of lighting with the background to suggest imagery.
And of course, the derriere beyond compare.

Well I love the subject but you should lower the light, it's way too strong on the upper part. You could play more with the shadow and light to have more contrast.
