My desktop... yes, some of the icons aren't default, and a few are from DA. I used to dabble in Rainmeter but I like the simpler look now. The only GUI-changing app I use is SecondBar, to give me a second Finder bar on my second display. Using a mini Display Port to VGA adapter to connect me to my second monitor (DELL S244L).
