Experimenting with digital negatives.. Taken a very long time ago.. by accident. Had the camera on the wrong settings. That much I remember, nothing else though. Might be an eastern long-necked turtle! (Chellodina Longicollis). Title is the Radiohead song (I feel like a turtle would be telling you to "slow down").
