Because of what won the #200 wishlist Poll - [link] - I think that addresses several of the top choices. Kinda.
So Jareth's latest shenanigans really left the Fourth Wall in rubble. I'd apologize for the excessive amount of meta in the latest pages, buuuut contrived fanservice is fanservice nonetheless, ne?
The flimsiest excuses for a make-out, really. And just under-scoring the point that if there weren't all those issues in the way...
((I'm honestly unsure whether this was what Jareth was timeskipping ahead to - it's a Speshul, but it's numbered, but it's out of continuity... - he may or may not have 'seen' it coming. There is another big plotty arc starting up soon, however, and that may be what caught his interest...))

Hmmm... I think it's two (nearly) completely different things.
1. Responding in her sleep, from dreaming, pulls from her subconscious, etc. He has been wise in not telling her yet. By the time she'll be able to accept that knowledge, he won't need to tell her.
2. This is a fully conscious, awake, etc, "rational" decision. Based on other Speshuls, even if it doesn't officially get into continuity, she'll still remember it. Barring mind-wipe or similar action.
Given that Sarah seems willing to adopt a "happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" mindset toward Speshuls, she'd have no immediate need (probably) to forget this.
Seriously, though, that last panel makes me wish I could commission a full-length ep just to continue this non-continuity moment!

I did not take the other speshuls into account I admit, but Sarah will, with her frequently stubborn (and sligthly spiteful) personality, still deny the memory as a base reaction to any mention or reminder of it.
I agree on Jareth have been wise (a trait he should develop more) not to inform her of the exact circumstances regarding their "nightly encounter" yet as I wrote above, she'll most likely deny it anyway, just to rain on Jareth's parade one last time before succumbing to her feelings(if such a thing should ever happen).
As for mindwipes, Jareth's skills in the field aren't sufficient to wipe her slate, so I doubt that Az og Crowley's will be capable of doing it either (they can't measure his "good/bad" rating afterall)

Possibly / probably out loud with Christine, Lizzie, etc, Sarah may try to deny this encounter, but she actually wanted it, too. When in public, or in company of anybody else, she's more likely to try to deny any attachment to him, true. My opinion is that she'll enjoy having this memory. Should she need to deny it (either the memory itself or the enjoyment) in front of others, Jareth will be able to tell that it's a matter of image, reputation, consistency, whatever.
The mind-wipe comment was to allow for our meta-monitoring pair Az & Crowley's possible interference afterward. I never meant to imply that Jareth would / could try to wipe this memory; frankly, I doubt that he would want to, since Sarah is a WILLING participant. I think that Az & Crowley's ability would be sufficient, if there is sufficient need. But there won't be, as this was a mututally willing encounter between Jareth & Sarah.
And I think that Sarah has put that "nightly encounter" firmly in a "do not examine" mental box, and so however open or not she was at that time is currently irrelevant (in her own opinion).

I agree with you on most of it (generally speaking women tell each other almost everything as far as I can tell) I am, however, not certain whether she'll enjoy having the memory, even when we examine that she may want some love, given her previous romantic interests were a werewolf and a.... dimensional nutjob, who were either disappointing or outright dangerous.
however (sorry for the slight corection): I never said that Jareth would want to wipe Sarah's memory(even if she begged), he'd problably have fun denying her the satisfaction of blissful amnesia, so Az and Crowley would thus be natural to go to in this situation, I just doubt they'd be able to help given Jareth's previous failed attempt and that they themselves failed in monitoring Jareth's redemption level. my assumption is thus that they are not more powerful magically/religiously/mystically (I don't know if that is what the two of them use, or whether it is comparable in scope with the GK, but assuming they are) than he is.
I agree that Sarah would not want to know how the GK mannaged to get her to go to him, but at some point (if she hasn't already) she's going to examine it (though I strongly doubt that it'll be in favor of the GK in any way imaginable)

Unless otherwise noted, all of this is my own opinion, based on being female and a J/S shipper - just to be clear on my biases.
She'll mostly enjoy this memory - a smoking hot kiss with a guy she finds attractive! Sarah's inner conflict about this encounter will just feed more UST, which is a fan-acceptable outcome. Espcially as she's always felt some attraction for Jareth in the GND-verse. Given the growth of the characters over the 200ish eps, by now she really does like Jareth, but isn't ready to risk everything. Yet.
Dimensional nutjob? Oh, when she briefly went out with Peter from Heroes, right? Hmmm, yeah, she did seem to truly like him. The werewolf was a Valentine's Day coping strategy, and he didn't stick around long enough for me to be able to tell whether or not she actually liked him.
My apologies for misunderstanding your comment about Jareth doing a mind-wipe. Az/Crowley have abilities beyond Jareth's, and so are probably more than capable of doing a mind-wipe in this situation, but it sooooo isn't needed. When did Jareth attempt a mind-wipe of Sarah and fail?
Possibly/probably Sarah isn't going to examine that night-time calling until she's ready for the answer; her subconscious and sense of denial are going to keep her from poking at it too strongly.
Again, all of the above is my own opinion!

apologies accepted, I wasn't being very specific on what I meant so it's completely understandable.
I made a slight mistake in regards to the mindwipe thing: I was thinking of GND page 131 when Jareth actually said, in response to being asked whether he couldn't just re-wind time and make Sarah forget the "nightly encounter", that such things didn't work on Sarah, and with that in mind, it kinda makes the discussion about whether she would remember the current incident or not.... well kinda voided/obsolete if that ability is expanded upon
As for az. and Crowley, I think they wouldn't interfere on this based on GND 135 second panel, Jareth or any faerie goes under another slot to what they angel/demon duo normally works with. gotta love it really haha

My understanding of Jareth's meaning in 131 is that he can't reorder time on Sarah without her permission / request. Not that it wouldn't work on her if done by someone else (like Az/Crowley). And re-ordering time isn't the same thing as a mind-wipe, at least in my reading of it. Similar result, true.
I also don't think that Az/Crowley WOULD interfere in this situation, especially as neither Sarah nor Jareth would want them too AND as there's no way that Az would feel guilty about the situation since he wasn't involved in causing it.

Sorry to remind you, I did say I mistook those two, aside from that I can see your point, Jareth and Sarah do have that "You have no power over me" thing going on, with them occasionally cutting deals in which they sometimes doublecross one another.
