I just wanted to do something with the oh so magical date of 11.11.11. I had this sketched out as just a doodle. Idea behind is about SW fighting and how the battle would end with OP being his opponent. Soundwave would so get his ass kicked.
Not even Laserbeak or his tentacles would help. Nope. (whut ya looking at this in a perv way? ha!)
Phew, managed to do this in 2.5h since I had like 3 hours left before midnight! I don't know how well you see the messyness on smaller version but damnit the big version is like a kid splashed crayons on paper

[link] Personally I find it funny that he's getting all bent out of shape over the fact that canon does not support his chosen pairings. **laughs** I mean, my whole SWxKO pairing is not canon supported either, but I at least acknowledge that and site that there might be interest/curiosity there given the personalities involved and let the idea go where it may. But I don't get all butthurt over someone disagreeing with me, merely reiterating canon and the fact that I see it as a "possibility" not a definitive. **chuckles**

When it comes to liking something a lot people tend to ignore the "bad" thus looking like "making things up". LOVE IS BLIND! Examples such as your chat partner mentioned that in scenes KO and BD are always together. Wrong. Hell, even whole episode of Metal Attraction there was no KO, just BD fighting with Airachnid in the end against Bulkhead and Arcee. (liek I just watched the episode to take preference screencaps >XD nomnomHDqualityomnom)

But uh, you reason the pairings with logic, the other one doesn't. I don't mind either way as long as it's entertaining and I'm interested 
What it becomes being butthurt, I can see it coming when you "attacked" with "paired with any Autobot would never happen", "that pairing is right out the window as well", "come up with the most illogical and disturbing combinations (KOxArcee)" Heyyy I like KOxArcee! FU! now I are all emo emo!

XD Well, I can see how some of those could be interpreted that way, but my intent was not to attack, but use logic to show why I came to those conclusions. **chuckles** I simply just can not see certain pairings and I explained why they would not only not work, but are not supported in canon. I mean, if someone wants to go and support one pairing, that's fine, to each their own. But people need to stop shove personal preferences down other people's throats, spouting off that "This pairing is right because it's supported in canon!" when it's not and then railing against pairings they don't like saying "That pairing is wrong because it's not supported in canon!" whether it is or not. I was trying to be careful in stating that SWxKO is a "possible" pairing because of personalities involved but did not state that it's "supported in canon". I did, however, show that certain pairings are not only "not supported in canon" but are also how they are "completely against canon" as well because of what has been established in the show. **chuckles** Personally, I think the guy's both blind and stupid but that's just me. XD He really needs to watch the show again.
The Soundwave and Knockout idea actually came about from a discussion I had with a couple people (Catalyst included) regarding their personalities and actions, and ended up going into the "Those two are a lot alike because of X, Y, and Z, and Knockout would be drawn to Soundwave because of A, B, and C, while Soundwave might pine for some kind of acceptance from someone because of G, H, and I, and seeing Knockout checking him out, Soundwave'd start getting curious and checking him out too, and they would end up getting to know and understand each other...", then it turned into the fic and well... yeah. **snickers** Besides, Soundwave's a hot slinky mech anyway. And you KNOW Knockout would be looking at those purple accent lights on Soundwave's chassis thinking "Hmmm, I wonder what would happen if I licked those?" **grabs camera** XD

All the canon pairings that I know of are:
The last two are listed as "Potentially Canon" because of what has been shown in the series as either "openly stated interest" or "still in mourning" kind of thing, though is otherwise currently unconfirmed as yet and we only have 26 episodes to go off of so far. But pretty much ALL of the named femmes that we know of are spoken for and well, what about everyone else? Thus why I follow Hasbro canon that was established in G1 and reiterated every year since that "they are robots, they have no sexual genders, they are all the same under the armor" and thus they have zero gender bias (unlike humans) and literally any two can pair bond and spawn more of their kind together and no one would care what personality archetype they have. **chuckles**
And you know Soundwave is looking at those glowing red lines on Knockout's back thinking "Want... to... pet..." Makes one wonder just how sensitive those colored accent lights on their chassis really are. XD

I know, it's really rather sad when you think about it. There's MAYBE a dozen canon feminine bots vs hundreds of canon masculine or neutral gendered bots. Honestly, for them and their culture, being "straight" or "gay" would have no meaning at all to them. They wouldn't even have actual gender pronouns in their language. Mech means mechanoid or mechanical being (like calling ourselves people), not male or masculine, and Autobot means autonomous robotic being (the name for their race like we are human). As such, Decepticon is a dissident militant separatist faction and "femme" was an organic (human) term they adopted in reference to the more feminine bots that chose to be referred to as such. So, realistically, two who have masculine leanings personality wise could bond and spawn together as easily as the apparent "hetero" pairings could, but of course we just gotta be all politically correct and not expose little children to the evils of homosexuality. **facepalms** Bloody morons, the lot of them, those right wing fundamentalist religious nutjobs... **shakes head**

Yet again I have to say, it's more or less because of homophopic old world of NA/USA 
I've seen so much TF stuff with the pairings that I can't be surprised about anything anymore. Probably have to watch G1 again for it to make sense since first time I couldn't tell most characters from each other. Just as I learned to separate Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp from each other, they die!

XD A lot of people are anxious to see more of that fic, I'm eagerly wanting to write more, and my co author is wanting to finish it too, but right now he's kinda between a rock and a wall of spikes thanks to real life issues. He can't do much about it currently, though he's trying to get himself into a better position with less stress (hopefully soon, he can't take much more of this crap). As soon as we are able to finish it, people will definitely be getting a heads up.

I like the sketchiness of the drawing, it gives a surrealist touch to the scene. And thinking about it, if Optimus regains his memories while still in the Nemesis, something like this could happen. It would be interesting to see them fight, at least. Soundwave needs more action shots

It's just that I usually don't support slash and it would seem that most of the good stuff (i.e. fanarts) fits in that category
But I've read slash fics and seen the lots of slash pics that circulate around the web for every series/cartoons/books/etc I like, so I've come to accept it as an important part of any fandom. Besides, some people come up with very good/creative slash stories or fanarts and that is something that picks my attention (some have managed to make me drool and change my underwear, I admit). I find the fenomena quite interesting

I have the habit of making .. emotional pictures with bodylanguage. The little hints that are there for people to interpret. I'd describe it as a tension between characters

Hahaha, yeah, OC's tend to be very annoying, but I guess that also is some sort of phase many people goes through when writting or creating characters for the first time. It speaks volumes on how mature the writer is at the moment the story/character was spawned. Some manage to create something good, others... not so much. Which makes finding good the stuff even more engaging, regardless of its contents
Mixed emotions. The producers sure know how to get the fans all worked up XD *sigh* But waiting always seems to last forever

Last time I gave a chance to TF fic with OC in it, it started very promising and was well written. I'm all "Moar." .. but totally lost interest to read it when the human OC was turned to half Transformer and became this super awesome destroyer girl

They do have "armor" on, but I compare it more or less to a bug that has hard outer shell! Like crabs and beetles. Since usually even that armor bleeds energon when it's scratched deep enough. Not counting stuff that goes through it, anyone would bleed after that!
TFA Sari turning to what she did in the series was a nice twist in the story, and she wasn't anywhere sue-ish as far as I can remember

Yep, the bug comparison is on my list too, but it was actually suggested by my brother. The first thing that came to my mind to describe the transformers armor was something along the lines of a turtle shell or a particularly tough skin (akin to that of the rhinoceros, only metallic XD). Later came the bug's exoskeleton association via my bro... when we were in the cinema watching the first movie XD
I don't hate nor like Sari, actually. What she turned out to be did answer the questions I had about her when watching Animated and was interesting to see, but didn't do much for me to like her character more. Despite her usefulness to the bots and the evolution of her character I couldn't help but get the vibe of her being something similar to a canon ascended OC that hangs around the heroes. But then again, my knowledge of the human characters on the transformers franchise is limited to Sari in TFA, Sam and the military in the movies and the trio on TFP... Not enough references to form an acute and unbiased opinion on which is the best pet annoyance human ally. Rewatching some episodes, I'm starting to think that part of me not liking Sari has something to do with her latinamerican dubbing actresses :/
Pffft... my dad doesn't approves my "collector's antics". Been looking for a way to buy things on Amazon with my debit card, only to find the one I own don't work for online purchases. *sigh* Transformers Prime is going to lead me into bankruptcy anyway, my DOWANT list keeps growing the more I watch the show.

I've been thinking very hard and thorough about how to draw Transformers lately, and the solution I came up with is something like this:
1. panties, preferrably thongs
2. stockings
3. long sleeved gloves
4. oversized bra
5. helmet
6. add wires and joints
7. DONE
You haven't missed a thing about humans in most TF series >_> Retarded beyond believe. Especially G1 and Armada cartoons. About the books, you could just ask to buy and then after reading to resell xD
And the more I think about the comic, the more I feel I should do the shorter version instead. The longer one ends up totally different than the original idea lolz; Have fun exploring my crazyness!

So I've read on the transformers forums. And the addition of Miko to the cast of human specimens just refueled the fire again, I see XD But agent Fowler is growing on me though, specially after watching the Nemesis Prime episode.
That sounds like a good idea lol. I'll get my hands on those books sooner or later, that's for sure

I have a hunch Miko is winning the prize for being most annoying, but for some reasons I simply can't dislike her. She's the crazy one, hell, if I had met a bunch of giant robots, I'd be probably acting exact same as Miko x'D Although there's 10+ years in age between, so probably not speak as stupid stuff as she does. But, on Earth, without human interactions, especially the kids, it probably wouldn't be as interesting as it is at all, and that's something I hate to admit >:I If the series like Prime had concentrated on Cybertron instead, like the game War for Cybertron, they would have done it differently, and characters wouldn't have gotten out from their "comfort zone" as much as they did. Like in Prime, Bumblebee dancing robot? DANCING!!! Bulkhead listening heavy metal? Arcee still has an exhaust pipe up to her arce but that just brings balance to the other more carefree bots

Miko might be winning the prize for annoying-ness (is that even a word? lol) but I don't dislike her either. True, sometimes her behavior exasperates me, but ultimately she does force the other characters to move and do something, while Jack and Raf offer the counterweight to her antics. And seems to me she's finally had some character development on the new episodes, she doesn't act as rash as last season. But yeah, as long as the series is set on Earth, the bots have to interact with a few humans, and I like to see how each of them react, absorbs and/or interpret human culture (like music or dancing), or the other way around (like the kids adopting the "scrap!" insult). Those tidbits are what keep it interesting and enjoyable to me, despite the character development issues many hardcore fans point out XD
Ah, yes. Forgot that part with June, very emotional. I also liked a lot just how relieved she looked when Arcee confirmed that Jack was sound and safe... I wanted to hug her. Such and awesome mom she is, hope she appears more often too.
Mmm... you got me thinking how would I act if I had the opportunity to hang out with a bunch of robots XD Probably I'll try to poke fun out of Optimus every now and then and engage in snark-wars with Ratchet, haha!

omg yes. I'm in the middle of writing a fic with these two so seeing them together (kind of uncommon) is really great. And god this pic is awesome! I agree. Soundwave is badass but he sits on the ship all the time, I think even a gladiator would lose his touch after so long, especially against Op, whose been kicking ass non stop for ages.
I think one of the reasons this has major badassery is because OP would have had to walk over him like that to get there, which would mean he just had the most awesome attitude.
