Hi, everyone! This is the first page of the remake story!

In case you're new, this comic series is a remake of my very first comic on DA, which is found here!

As much hard work I put into that comic, I kinda ended up hating the decisions I have made previously. Plus somethings were added in and smashed into the story like on the last minute.

So this is a better telling story, with some changes, better character development (hopefully!), more ships(!) and more fun!

So there are many changes you old fans might be noticing.

One is character designs!

Sparkle has already been revealed. But yeah! Character updates! XD

And I guess you're also noticing name changes.

Yeah, I changed some characters' names

First Jolt which is Boran now! (Literally meaning thunderstorm.)

And Kyle ! Now Ray! Yeah, I kinda got tired of that name and it seems misplaced, but now Diana is misplaced, but yet I can't let go of the name Diana, Idk why X'D

Probably cause I use Diana more often than those two. Sure, Jolt was in Chapter 2, but idk, it doesn't suit him in my opinion

Kyle was just a name after someone I knew, like they werent really even my friend, just a bf of a friend of mine. And I needed a name so I went with it cause I liked it apparently X'D

There a few more with name changes, but only because they needed them X3

Anyway, you may notice how long this page is.

Yes, EVERY PAGE is going to be 20+ Panels in this comic. (Unless it's for a dramatic effect and it'll be less)

Why?

Cause I want too?

I don't know, I want to see how well I can do long paneled pages. And I think this story is also longer in a storytelling stand point. I added in new content, (after pages 1-12 but I am SURE there will be more added content into them when I work on them) for better story, character development, and just more things I wanted to add into the story. Instead of having mini comics. I am NOT sure if I still will have mini comics, but for the most part, everything that are in the mini comics are more or less included into the story. Even ones NOT in the story, but for the viewer's imagination. (Thunder Roars is SO going to be a PAIN to add into the story X'D)

Also you might have read ages!

So this is something I added last minute because it has to be explained some way, shape, or form. And I had issues with Sparkle actually being 9 and acting like a teenager. So talking to a friend, dog years got brought up. So instead of 7, it's 4 years.

So 1 human year = 4 Pokemon years.

And in case that's more confusing, sorry I am trying, but really you just add 4 to the human age.

Like in the comic page, Sparkle is 9 human years old, but is 13 in Pokemon years. (So if Sparkle was 1 year old, she would be 5 years old in Pokemon years, 2 human years would be 6 Pokemon years, and so on)

I hope it's not confusing. If you need a chart or something I can make one

Because obviously Pokemon mature faster than humans (more or less) because they also grow faster.

And Sparkle is like a teenager really. She is a bit more mature than a normal 9 year old human would be.

Still young, but she's smart.

Which I can't WAIT to talk about that!

If you read the introduction, MD is (still, for you old fans) in this universe. So let that sink in

SSSOOOO yeah, think that's it for that XD

All this will move to the cover when i make that. I dont have any solid ideas because I hadnt had time to think of any. There WILL be one, I just don't have one at the moment.

So sit tight on that XD

This comic won't start until Chapter 4 is done, or close to being done, I like to start it in the summer, but depends how far Chapter 4 is by that point. If things go well, I should have this comic done before then, maybe, I am NOT 100% sure. If things dont go well, it wont start until next year.

Also, these pages take longer, so scheduled updates, it might not have any, or it'll be once a month. It depends. This one took me over a week, but I was also working on Chapter 4 and I kept pushing this over because I need to get Ch 4 done XD

I am trying to put actual effort in the pages, (though the last few panels might be a bit sloppy because my computer trolled me and decided to shut down, instead of sleeping, and delete some programs that need to be forcely closed so it resets or saves things I had. so yeah I was kinda upset X'D)

If any new pople wish to check this story out, I recommend reading the original for now :3

Finally, this is going to be a Watchers Only comic! And if I get ahead with these pages, they will be included into the Early Access folder.

I am still debating if this page will be public or not, so it might move around alot. The cover will be public (most likely, there might be two for one in the Watchers Only folder)
