I'm sorry it happened like this. Have you maye had both of the bases opened at the same time? Maybe, just maybe, you accidentally hit the wrong purchase button? I haven't heard something like this happened before.
I could give you a refund, but if you properly downloaded my base I'd like to ask of you to delete it and not use it. I got the payment and everything so I'm assuming you now have full access to the base. I don't have a problem with letting you keep the base and still refunding it but it would be kind of unfair to others ;_;
So, I really can't help you other than to refund your payment with the condition of you not using my base. ;;
