don't be so hard on yourself! if you want to eat healthier you should be more like: instead of eating candy I'll eat a fruit instead.... or instead of eating something unhealthy I'll go for a run.
if you change "don't eat junk food!!" into "eat (insert healthy food here) instead" it's a bit more motivating! (and it works too!!)
