Description
A colour theory assignment for my classes. We were to do three different colour pallets from any of the three colour wheels and well I basically went for the subtractive colour wheel and did a Dissonance colour palette.Color Discord/Dissonance [Same thing.]
While monochromatic, analogous, complementary or triadic color schemes are considered to be harmonious, there are some color schemes considered dissonant. Discordant colors are visually disturbing - we say they clash. Colors that are widely separated on the color wheel (but not complementary or triadic) are considered to be discordant. Discordant colors can be eye-catching and are often used for attention-getting devices in advertising.
Copied and pasted from this place xD. [link]
After making the colour palettes we were asked to give each one some emotions that it gave off and well after doing that we were to chose one and make a drawing, image or whatever of the emotions portrayed in the palette and I ended up drawing a strange looking and very colourful and lunatic looking giraffe lol xD. Anyways enjoy guys.
