So we got our 4th eeveelution in the game.... and everybody hates it as much as they love it.

Umbreon is a hell of a great defender, if played right. It doesn't play as a defender, but it's also used as a supporter. It has a Zoroark like attack where it stuns. It has a Eldegoss like move where it heals you or an ally. It has a move that repeatedly debuffs the enemies by yelling/seething. (Did they add Taco to Unite or something???) Most of all, they added a move so vile. So devilishly evil, that it sparked a match to make a comic about it. I LOVE this move by the way, and I know it's going to get nerfed.

So Umbreon can learn Mean Look. It's a move where it traps an enemy in a ring, which they can't escape from. Short, simple, and to the point right? Weeeeeell if you take account of the fact that Mean Look as a long duration time, you can speed out of it, you can't eject out of it, and I don't even know if you can Full Heal out of it. It's a death sentence if you're near an Umbreon next to their teammate. Oh did I also mention while Umbreon IN the Mean Look, it's basic attacks are boosted? (as far as I remember) This little guy is ANTI META INCARNATE! I never saw a shake up like this since Sableye. (Which RIP to the little guy. TiMi finally gutted it to dust) Then we got Glaceon being buffed to being busted again. Urshifu, Zacian, Umbreon, Glaceon, and maybe Lapras. There's your "Meta Destruction League" right there. Anyway, I think this is the perfect encapsulation on LANDING Mean Look, as well as being CAUGHT in it.

This also has to me one of my favorite Pokémon Unite comics I've done up to date too.
